Terms of Payments
Knowing that we’re always attempting to offer you an experience that’s never been so easy; payments can be made by either a ‘Bank Transfer’, ‘Credit Card’ or via ‘PayPal’.
Due to the fact that we purchase via our global team, we usually do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
Each retailer has its own set of returns and refunds policies; and so should you wish to return an item our team will have to contact the retailer and provide you with their policy. Should the exchange(s) be agreed on and made it must be within a 5 day time frame from the date of purchase; where you will have to cover all additional shipping expenses to our facilities and back to you, alongside a $100(AUD) service fee.
Should you wish to cancel your order after having paid and prior to our team making the purchase; we cannot offer you a refund but can only offer you a credit note to use then or at a later time.
Your item will be purchased once the amount is paid in full; and upon payment we will supply you with an invoice.
Delivery

To assure you receive your items in the pristine condition we purchased it as, our team takes extra caution in wrapping and sealing your products prior to shipping.
Please note, that we claim no responsibility once the product has left our facilities and is sent out to your address of delivery. In the case of any additional import taxes or duties; the amount is to be paid by you.
